Right to Cancel: As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order for personalised goods within 7 days from the date of receipt, without providing any reason. This right can be exercised regardless of the condition of the goods. However, please note that this right to cancel does not apply to bespoke or custom-made items that are tailored specifically to your requirements.

Notification of Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your order for personalised goods, you must notify us in writing within the 7-day cancellation period and before your items has been sent to print. You can do this by contacting our customer service team via email. Please provide your order details and clearly state your intention to cancel the order.  For any order canceled for the reson of not being able to supply print ready artwork or requiring a shorter dispatch time than that stated on your order, a 10% admin and restocking charge will be deducted from your refund.

Return of Goods: Upon cancellation, you are responsible for returning the personalised goods to us in their original condition and packaging, at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service to ensure the safe return of the items. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your contact details and order number to facilitate the return process.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned personalised goods and verify their condition, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please note that we may deduct any direct costs incurred in returning the goods from the refund amount.

Exceptions: Personalised goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described are eligible for a refund or replacement, even if they are custom-made. If you receive such items, please contact our customer service team immediately, providing details and photographic evidence if possible. We will arrange for the return of the faulty goods and offer you a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the circumstances.
