PARKING VIOLATION NOTICE
Notice of Parking Charge – £50
You are hereby notified that a parking violation has occurred.
Details as per indicated on your issued ticket
The vehicle was observed parked in contravention of clearly displayed signage and/or bay markings. Specifically, the vehicle was parked in a marked bay where such parking is not permitted and is subject to enforcement.
In accordance with the terms and conditions displayed on-site, a Parking Charge of £50 is now due.
Payment Terms:

A charge of £50 is payable if payment is received within 7 calendar days from the date of this notice.

If payment is not received within 7 calendar days, the charge will increase to £100.
Failure to pay this charge may result in further action being taken to recover the amount due, which may include additional costs incurred by enforcement or recovery procedures.
Payment Methods:
Via online payment.
By parking at this location, the driver has agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions as displayed on the signage. It is the responsibility of the driver to ensure they comply with all restrictions and notices in force at the time of parking.
If you believe this notice has been issued in error, you may submit an appeal within 14 days of the notice being issued.
Appeals Process
If you believe that this Parking Charge Notice (PCN) has been issued in error, or if there are mitigating circumstances you would like to be considered, you have the right to appeal.
How to Appeal:

Appeals must be submitted in writing within 14 days from the date of this notice.

What Happens Next:

Once your appeal is received, the case will be placed on hold while it is reviewed.

You will receive a written response with the outcome of your appeal within 28 days.

If your appeal is successful, the charge will be cancelled, and no further action will be taken.

If your appeal is unsuccessful, you will be notified of the decision and the outstanding balance will remain due.
Please note: Submitting an appeal does not affect your right to pay the reduced charge within the 7-day period. If the appeal is denied and payment is not received within the original 7-day period, the full charge of £100 will apply.
