We try to keep things nice and simple…..

All goods are dispatched following our production times as stated on product listings.

Most items are shipped at a charge of £12.00  Bulky items such as Pop Up Displays are charged at £20.00.  (Standard next working day delivery via DHL).  This offer is for UK mainland shipments excluding Scottish highlands.

For all other delivery services please refer to our shipping matrix which can be found in our information menu / delivery

All major credit cards, PayPal and bank transfers are accepted.

Most poducts will indicate there expected dispatch date at time of ordering.  Typically 3-5 days from receipt of your order and approved artwork sign-off.  Just let us know if you are in a rush and we will always see what we can arrange.

Artwork can be uploaded on our product pages once your product options are selected.  Artwork can also be uploaded at the shopping cart or checkout stage of your order.

Alternatively please transfer your artwork after placing your order via

dropbox.com or wetransfer.com to
artwork@reflexexhibitions.com

Please quote your order number.

We will check your artwork is the correct size and if requested proof things back to you for approval.  We will then produce your order and ship it to you.

VAT invoices are generated by our online shop and are available for download in your account section of the site.
