Exceptions to the right to cancel
13. - (1) Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the consumer will not have the right to cancel the contract by giving notice of cancellation pursuant to regulation 10 in respect of contracts -
(a) for the supply of services if the supplier has complied with regulation 8(3) and performance of the contract has begun with the consumer's agreement before the end of the cancellation period applicable under regulation 12;
(b) for the supply of goods or services the price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the supplier;
(c) for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
All items are usually dispatched via our transit partners TNT. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, damaged deliveries SHOULD NOT BE SIGNED FOR. Reflex Exhibitions cannot be held liable for items which have been delivered & signed for in an unacceptable condition. Please call us and we will issue a replacement.
Although our shippers are usually very reliable, Reflex Exhibitions cannot be held resposible for shipping times or deadlines to receive goods. We cannot offer insurance on goods or on consequential losses if items do not arrive on time.
All prices quoted within this site are based on print ready artwork being supplied to us.
Artwork should be supplied as: Abobe Illustrator EPS files, with all fonts outlined & images converted to CMYK Adobe PDF files (Press Ready), with all fonts embedded, all items converted to CMYK. Reflex Exhibitions always endeavours to check artwork for errors but cannot be held responsible for problems with clients supplied artwork.
Final examination for accuracy is your responsibility. Before approving any proof, please examine carefully for accuracy including spelling, logo integrity, orientation, finishing detail, size and general layout etc. If anything is illegible please contact the artwork department for clarification or a duplicate copy.
Please note that when we are printing from your supplied artwork we will not be held responsible for inaccurate colour reproduction if CMYK artwork is supplied without a chromalin and/or pantone information. Where colour reproduction is critical please supply pantone references and/or cromalin. Pantones will be matched to 90% accuracy. Also note that the colour intensity enjoyed on most other substrates cannot be guaranteed on canvas and flag type material.
Consideration should be taken when placing small text across panel joints on items such as pop up displays.
We always endeavour to supply products as listed within our product categories. We do however reserve the right to offer equivalent items if there is a problem with the supply of items. You will of course be informed of any changes to your order.
