Shipping Costs

All or deliveries are dispatched on our flat rate of £15.00plus VAT.  This is for a next day business service to UK mainland addresses (excludes Scottish Highlands) DELIVERY TIME CAN BE BETWEEN 8am - 7pm

If any item is required urgently or is not practicle to ship on a next day service we can offer a sameday courier service, please contact us for additional details.

Delivery terms

All our deliveries are dispatched via our transit partners UPS.   In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, damaged deliveries SHOULD NOT BE SIGNED FOR.  Reflex Exhibitions cannot be held liable for items which have been delivered & signed for in an unacceptable condition.   Please call us and we will issue a replacement.

Although our shippers are usually very reliable, Reflex Exhibitions cannot be held responsible for shipping times or deadlines to receive goods.  We cannot offer insurance on goods or on consequential losses if items do not arrive on time.

Turnaround times

Our standard turnaround is 5 working days.  If you order is required more urgently we can offer a faster service at additional cost.  Please contact us regarding timescales available acording to our production levels.
